Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation of a service within 48 hours of placing your order, provided that work has not yet commenced.

- Once work has begun or is completed, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- The requested service was not delivered due to unforeseen internal issues.
- The order was paid for but no work was initiated, and cancellation was requested within the allowed time frame.
- A mutual agreement is reached to terminate the service before delivery, subject to review and approval.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Services involving custom development or tailored solutions.
- Delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide required inputs.
- Changes in requirements after work has started.
